Archers from the Greater Chicagoland area are encouraged to bring their bows to the 3D Archery Range and Tournament for one of the best indoor 3D tournaments in the region. Both hunters and sports shooters will benefit from the 3D course.

Both modern and traditional bow hunters are welcome to compete in the tournament. There is an entry fee, and the winners will receive cash prizes.

The pavilion displays products used by outdoor enthusiasts after a day of hunting, fishing, or exploring the great outdoors. Industry experts will also present their cave designs, camping survival tactics, and game dish recipes.

The American Fly Fishing School Casting Pond is led by Captain Mike Corblies, the director of the American Fly Fishing School and a world-class teacher and videographer of the sport.

The Historical Fishing Display specializes in preserving and displaying old fishing tackle at exhibitions, sporting events, fishing clubs, museums, historical societies, children’s fishing competitions, and Bass Pro Shops.

They show more people old fishing tackle than any other facility. Beginning with the earliest fishing tackle from the copper culture 8,000 years ago, the exhibition progresses to the first Native American fishing lures brought from Europe, the first American-made fishing tackle, and numerous manufacturer exhibits and humorous depictions of tackle.
